 1834 - Alessandro Calzoni begins his activities with a foundry in Bologna.


 1867 - The first hydraulic turbine is produced.
 

 1887 - Hydro-electric plants activities expand and consolidate.  
 1920s and 1930s - First applications of oleo-dynamics equipment (valves, motor, pumps, etc.)

1923 - The shareholders of the Officine Calzoni in Bologna and Riva in Milan merge together to form a    stock company
 1926 - The production of hydraulic turbines is moved to the Milan plant
1946 - The Riva Finanziaria S.p.a Holding is formed. The Officine Calzoni in Bologna and Riva in Milan become controlled companies
1966 - Officine Calzoni in Bologna and Riva in Milan merge together to form Riva Calzoni
 1973 - The Holding Riva Finanziaria S.p.a is rated at the Stock Exchange in Milan
 1992 - 75% of the Milan Plant shares are sold to J.M. Voith Gmbh
 2000 - Merger of Riva Finanziaria S.p.a in Intek S.p.a, rated at the Stock Exchange in Milan, where the family Calzoni is a shareholder
2004 - Calzoni Hydro begins its activity in Calzoni's historical sector: the construction of hydroelectric plants and  waters management.
